This weekend review is designed to prepare you to successfully prepare for the State of Florida Written (knowledge) and Skills Certified Nursing Assistant Examination. Candidates who successfully pass both parts will be added to the Florida Registry as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). This allows you to work in any Health Care Setting such as Hospital, Nursing Home, Adult Living Facility, Licensed Home Health Agency or Registry and with Medicare, Medicaid or Hospice clients. This Certificate is the ONLY State Certificate for Nursing Assistants. PCT, PCA, etc. are the hospital titles given to CNAs employed there with the CNA license.
Our NURSE AIDE CERTIFICATION program is based on the Written and Skills Examination Content Outline targeted for your success. Comprehensive Health Education GUARANTEES the knowledgeable & organized presentation of all the major knowledge areas & the 20 Clinical Skills as evaluated on the ACTUAL State Test
No HHA, HS or GED , record of previous education or work experience or grades are required to take this continuing education preparation for the Florida Nursing Assistant Examination for licensing under the Board of Nursing.
A 40 hour Proof of Attendance & HIV/AIDS/OSHA & Domestic Violence Proof of Completion Certificates are given for satisfactory compliance with course requirements. Needs full attendance, class participation & home assignment to obtain.
INSTRUCTION is coordinated and provided by a Registered Nurse, Florida Certified Teacher with a Bachelor of Science in Health Services Administration and Masters in Adult Education. Former Examiner and Regional Coordinator for the Certified Nursing Assistant Examination in Florida in a hospital setting.
Comprehensive Health Education is an approved Trainer /Provider for the Division of Health Quality Assurance, Assisted Living Unit , a Certified Vendor for the Florida Department of Education, Division Vocational Rehabilitation & approved Provider of Continuing Education for Department of Health, Radiation Control Division. VR & Workforce vouchers are accepted.
Total Cost of the course is $350 which includes all supplies & the $50 non-refundable/non-transferable enrollment fee. The Certified Nursing Assistant State Examination fee of $93 is NOT included.

Special provisions can be made for graduates of any healthcare program, Home Health Aides, Foreign trained nurses or doctors
Medical Assistants & approved distance learners to Fast-Track in one weekend of required attendance with supplimentry homework. An AA or BS degree in any field is acceptable but none is required. A CNA license puts you on a faster entrance track to RN or PA
All Sessions will have special 10% discount rate per person for two or more registered together. Schedules & fees are subject to change. Register EARLY & receive your confirmation letter.
